DESIGN REVIEW

We understands the need for clear, timely, practical, targeted and constructive critique that can encourage the best out of a design team. Sometimes you need a second viewpoint to challenge design assertions and offer alternatives that improve the outcomes for everyone.

We seek to understand the broader issues and objectives, and provide targeted strategic advice that will lead to better outcomes and approvals.

Smith & Tzannes brings extensive skills in development assessment and project negotiation. providing providing greater certainty , shorter approval times and better outcomes for all participants in the planning system.

Whether your are in government, on a planning panel or an applicant we work as part of a collective. We understand that collaboration requires listening, sharing and keeping an open mind.

We don’t shy away from tough conversations, but tackle them head on so we can keep the project moving forward in the right direction. We’re a team of pragmatic straight-talkers who set aside our egos to focus on what truly matters to everyone involved in a project.
