Tahnee began her career in Urban Design and Spatial Planning, building a strong understanding of Sydney’s planning landscape. She handles both urban design and architectural projects, adapting quickly to diverse challenges.

Her expertise includes design development, development applications, consultant coordination, and preliminary construction documentation. Specializing in Class 2 buildings, medium-density housing, and urban strategies, she leads teams to create spaces that enhance user experience.

With experience in urban strategy and master planning, Tahnee advises on planning proposals, housing strategies, and site-specific controls. She has developed planning controls, analyzing FSR, massing, and height.

Tahnee provides strategic design advice to improve project outcomes and approval success, especially in Land and Environment Court matters. Having worked with both Councils and private developers, she offers a balanced perspective, advocating for high-quality, thoughtful design.
